## Start Your Application

How to start 

1. Click the Golden Complete the  **New Registration** button.
2. Enter your contact details.
3. Choose the service you need.
4. Complete the **“I’m not a robot”** check.
5. Tick the consent box.
6. Click **New Orange Registration Button**.

- This starts your application.
- Once we receive your documents, you can track your application online at any time.
- Follow each step of your application, including when your police reference number is issued.
- We’ll let you know when your police clearance certificate is ready.

What happens when you click “Get Started”?

Procedure - Steps from start to PCC. 

**Tell us who you are.** Enter your name, cellphone number and email address. This takes about two minutes, and there’s no payment required at this stage.   

2. **Send us your documents.** We’ll tell you which documents are required and where to courier them.
*[ID, Original Fingerprint Form, Proof of SAPS Receipt, Application Form]*   

3. **Receive a WhatsApp tracking link.** Once your documents arrive, we’ll send you a link so you can check your application’s progress at any time.  

4. **We follow up in person.** We visit the SAPS Criminal Record Centre (CRC) in Pretoria twice a day to follow up on applications.  

5. **Pay only after your police reference number is issued.** No payment is required before then.   

6. **Receive your certificate.** We’ll send it to you by WhatsApp and email, and courier the original with a tracking number.
